Compact Active Vibration Isolation and Tilt Stabilization for a Portable High-Precision Atomic Gravimeter

In high-precision atomic gravimeters, a rest mass is needed to provide gravity reference, which typically the retro-reflecting mirror of Raman laser beams that addresses two hyperfine ground states specific free-falling test mass. We constructed compact active feedback control system for provides vibration isolation in vertical axis as well rotation stabilization horizontal plane. The reduction up factor 300 frequency range 0.03 10 Hz and tilt approximately $\pm$ 1 $\mu$rad noisy lab environment. This has enabled measurements on portable gravimeter with sensitivity reaching $6.4\times 10^{-8}$ g/$\sqrt{\text{Hz}}$ resolution $2.8\times 10^{-9}$ g after an integration time 4000 s.
